7:11 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the area of Cedargate Apartments and everything was fine.
10:26 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported that someone is stealing dog chains from the yard of the property.
11:32 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the area of Harding Way East and Murray Street resulted in the arrest of one person.
