12:26 a.m.-A West Atwood Street resident reported someone inside of a vacant house nearby.
11:42 a.m.-A report of a possible breaking and entering of a residence in the 200 block of East Payne Avenue was investigated.
12:17 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1200 block of Harding Way East.
2:10 p.m.-Victoria F. Stout was issued a citation for expired plates in the 800 block of Smith Street.
3:08 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Portland Way North area. One person was issued a citation for failure to yield.
3:20 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile was investigated in the 300 block of North Market Street.
5:10 p.m.-A Charles Street resident reported being scammed out of $1,000.
5:23 p.m.-A man suffered a seizure while driving in the 200 block of Portland Way North and crashed his vehicle. He was taken to Galion Community Hospital and his vehicle was towed from the scene by Ronk’s Towing Service.
5:26 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 700 block of Boyd Boulevard.
5:45 p.m.-An East Atwood Street resident reported they lost their Adderall prescription and their doctor is refusing to refill it.
5:50 p.m.-A disturbance by a group of people at East Park was investigated. Officers were unable to locate the group involved.
7:01 p.m.-Kristy L. Combs was arrested for domestic violence after officers were called to a residence in the 200 block of Fifth Avenue for a domestic dispute.
8:01 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly man at Galion Community Hospital. Mark A. Gates was arrested for disorderly conduct and on a Marion County warrant. He was turned over to Marion County authorities.
10:21 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile in the 1000 block of South Market Street was investigated.
10:23 p.m.-Joshua McDonald was arrested on a Mansfield Police warrant in the 300 block of South Street and transferred to Mansfield authorities.
