1:25 a.m.-A report of two suspicious people in the 300 block of South Market Street was investigated.
10:19 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Easton Way.
10:42 a.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of Oak Street and two people were issued warnings about disorderly conduct.
11:48 a.m.-A hit-skip accident involving a white Ford Ranger in the 900 block of Harding Way East is under investigation.
1:20 p.m.-A North Market Street resident reported medication stolen.
1:24 p.m.-A report of an assault was investigated in the 300 block of Oak Street. Larry E. Kelly was arrested and taken into custody.
1:48 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Cherry Street. The Crawford County Coroner was contacted.
3:27 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man in a vehicle under the bridge in the East Church Street area was investigated. The man has been living in his car and was issued a citation for expired plates. He was also arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
7:48 p.m.-A report of suspicious people in the Buehler Street area was investigated.
9:58 p.m.-A First Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone they know.
11:38 p.m.-A report of a drone flying around in the Crew Avenue area was investigated.
