8:39 a.m.-Michael E. Hutzelman, 42, Mansfield, was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia and was issued a citation for driving without a license.
8:53 a.m.-Kevin A. Hessey was issued a citation for speeding on South Market Street.
10:56 a.m.-Anthony E. Hoffman was issued a citation for a stop sign violation when officers investigated a non-injury accident in the East Church Street area.
2:43 p.m.-An Easton Way resident reported an incident of fraud involving their bank account.
3:17 p.m.-A report of a woman yelling and throwing things in a parking lot in the 400 block of Portland Way North was investigated. She was issued a warning for disorderly conduct.

12:29 a.m.-A juvenile was issued a citation for operating a vehicle under the influence in the 300 block of South Street.
3:11 p.m.-A Grant Street resident reported videotaping a man breaking into vehicles in the area.
3:35 p.m.-A report of an irate customer at Tim Horton’s was investigated. The male was warned against trespassing at the business in the future.
4:19 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Dog Warden in the 400 block of Beechwood Drive. A dog owner was issued a warning for allowing her dogs to run at large.
8:43 p.m.-Ty C. Tyler was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 700 block of Harding Way East.
9:55 p.m.- Eric A. Stidham was issued a citation for driving under suspension and a passenger, Michael G. Rose, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in the Boston Street area.

12:11 a.m.-A report of a man carrying a gun while walking with a woman in the 400 block of Second Avenue was investigated after the pair allegedly threatened someone. The man was issued a CCW violation and Samantha J. McCombs, 24, Galion, was arrested on a warrant and turned over to Crestline Police.
1:06 a.m.-A report of five juveniles punching vehicle windows in the West Church Street area was investigated.
1:21 a.m.-Officers pursued a suspect after a North Market Street resident reported a purse was stolen from their vehicle.
5:40 a.m.-A report that a truck hit a pole in the 900 block of Charles Street was investigated. Fairprice Auto Service towed the truck from the scene and an injury was reported.
1:15 p.m.-A Cherry Street resident reported their house was egged.
1:50 p.m.-Nathan L. Tolle, 33, Galion, was arrested on a Mansfield Police Department warrant in the 600 block of Harding Way East. He was released to Mansfield Police.
3:20 p.m.-A Timberlane Drive resident reported a debit card stolen.
5:42 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.
8:27 p.m.-Kayla J. Trautman was issued a citation for operating a vehicle without a license in the 100 block of North Columbus Street.

1:53 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of Clymer Avenue.
4:46 a.m.-Christina A. Hanlon was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the East Church Street area.
5:15 a.m.-James E. Schenk Jr. was issued a citation for driving under suspension on Pershing Avenue.
6:18 a.m.-A report of juveniles riding bicycles with no lights and playing loud music was investigated on Dawsett Avenue. The juveniles’ parents were contacted.
8:12 a.m.-A bicycle found in the 100 block of North Murray Street was turned over to officers.
10:49 a.m.-A business in the 400 block of South Street reported receiving a bad check from someone.
2:19 p.m.-A report of juveniles saying inappropriate things to others at Heise Park was investigated. The juveniles were warned against further bad behavior.
2:42 p.m.-A business owner in the 600 block of West Church Street reported a woman backed her vehicle into his building, causing damage, then left the scene.
11:10 p.m.-Cody R. Beachy was arrested for failure to disclose personal information and obstructing official business when officers assisted the Crawford County Dog Warden in the 100 block of East Street after a report of two dogs trying to attack people in the area.
