11:54 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Carmel Avenue was investigated.
11:58 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 500 block of Galion Arms.
12:41 p.m.-A domestic violence incident in progress 200 block of West Railroad Street. Jonathan L. Cochran was arrested for disorderly conduct.
3:31 p.m.-A Hessenauer Drive reported receiving threatening text messages from someone they know.

9:07 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated at Amann’s Reservoir. One person was issued a citation for driving under suspension and issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
10:08 p.m.-A report of fireworks being set off in the First Avenue area was investigated.
10:44 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 700 block of Carter Drive. Seth Hardymon was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and issued a warrant for his manner of driving.
