1:17 a.m.-A report of an unruly person in the 400 block of Libby Lane was investigated. The male was taken into custody by officers.
1:25 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person around a vacant house in the 800 block of South Market Street was investigated.
2 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue and one person was arrested.
2:34 a.m.-A report of someone pounding on a door for a long period of time at Wyandot Square Apartments was investigated.
3:06 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop on Harding Way West.
6:54 a.m.-Christine L. Cotton was issued a citation for speeding on West Church Street.

2:17 p.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported a retaining wall destroyed while they were away from their residence.
3:37 p.m.-A report of possible physical abuse was investigated.
4:51 p.m.-A person walking their dog in the West Payne Avenue area reported their dog was bitten and injured by dogs running at-large in the area.
4:51 p.m.-A report of a juvenile riding a three-wheeler in the alley in the 300 block of Grove Avenue was investigated.
5:57 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 400 block of South Boston Street.
7:33 p.m.-Jenee Webb and Joshua Counts were arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and other charges in the 600 block of Harding Way East.
8:11 p.m.-Haylee Smith and Dakota Kahl were arrested on Mansfield Police Department warrants in the Bloomer Street area after a report that someone may be overdosing.
11:29 p.m.-A report of two females and a male screaming and arguing in the Cedargate Apartments area was investigated. The people involved were issued warnings for disorderly conduct and separated for the night.
