1:54 a.m.-A domestic dispute in progress was investigated in the 600 block of Fairview Avenue and Steven M. Hootman was arrested for domestic violence.
11:29 a.m.-Drug paraphernalia found by a Carmel Avenue resident was turned over to police.
4:21 p.m.-A hit-skip accident at the Dollar Tree, 252 Portland Way North, was investigated.
5:18 p.m.-A Grove Avenue resident reported a stone in their yard hit by a vehicle.
6:18 p.m.-Officers reported a water main break on Arlington Avenue near Bucyrus Road to city officials.
7:07 p.m.-A resident reported a cell phone stolen while she was at Save-A-Lot.
9:39 p.m.-A report of loud music in the 300 block of North Columbus Street was investigated. The people involved were given warnings for disorderly conduct.
