6:12 a.m.-Brent Dull was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 100 block of Portland Way North.

7:33 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of Ohio 598 was investigated.

10:20 a.m.-Officers assisted Richland County Probation authorities in the 100 block of Carmel Avenue.

6:57 p.m.-A report of an intoxicated man passed out on a porch in the 400 block of Grand Street was investigated. The man was released to a sober relative.

8:11 p.m.-A report of a man riding his bicycle into a pole was investigated. Elias J. Nolen, 44, Galion, was arrested for driving under the influence on a bicycle and on a warrant.

9:06 p.m.-A report of a stolen cell phone was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309.

9:31 p.m.-A Mansfield Street resident reported being harassed by someone he knows.

10:16 p.m.-A parking citation for handicap parking was issued to Gregory A. Rader at Powers Reservoir.

1:20 a.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the 100 block of Harding Way East. One person was treated for injuries at Galion Community Hospital. Adam D. Harris, 22, and Brandon S. Harris, 39, both of Galion, were arrested for disorderly conduct. Brandon Harris was also arrested for resisting arrest and Adam Harris was arrested for obstructing official business.

2:52 a.m.-A report of three people being loud and disruptive in the 300 block of Harding Way East was investigated. The trio was issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

7:53 a.m.-A report of a hit-skip accident was investigated in the 100 block of North Liberty Street. Daniel Kidwell was issued a citation for hit-skip.

8:07 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of South Boston Street. Rena K. Sirk, 48, Galion, was arrested for a probation violation.

8:40 a.m.-A report of fraud is under investigation.

10:56 a.m.-A leather portfolio found in the 300 block of East Payne Avenue was turned over to officers.

2:55 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 700 block of Charles Street.

4:30 p.m.-A report of two intoxicated males in the Harding Way East area was investigated and they were turned over to sober relatives.

7:45 p.m.-Officers put up barricades in several areas around the city due to high water.

12:55 a.m.-James S. Baldwin was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the Fairview Avenue area.

4:27 a.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in progress of a residence in the 200 block of North Liberty Street was investigated. Andrew R. Moore, 39, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and the taser was deployed during the arrest.

9:23 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of Grove Avenue. Both people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct and one of the parties secured another place to stay.

9:55 a.m.-Ian D. Stinehour was issued a citation for expired tags in the 700 block of Carter Drive.

12:23 p.m.-A syringe found on South Market Street was turned over to officers.

2:23 p.m.-A South East Street resident reported reflectors stolen from their yard.

4:40 p.m.-Drug paraphernalia found in a residence in the 700 block of Clay Street was turned over to officers.

5 p.m.-A report of a reckless motorcycle driver was investigated on Gelsanliter Road.

5:54 p.m.-A First Avenue resident reported that a juvenile is receiving harassing text messages.

8:19 p.m.-Officers warned two people for trespassing at the Rainbow Motel.

9:17 p.m.-A welfare check was attempted on a resident in the 200 block of North Market Street.

9:31 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of South Market Street and two people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.
