10:46 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Harding Way East. The owner moved the vehicle.

10:50 a.m.-A report of a reckless drive heading south on Ohio 598 was investigated.

12:01 p.m.-Officers investigated a 911 open line call in the 500 block of Crew Avenue and it was an issue with a person suffering from dementia.

2:41 p.m.-A credit card found in the 800 block of Harding Way East was turned over to officers.

2:58 p.m.-Officers removed a dog trapped in the basement of a vacant house in the 700 block of South Boston Street.

4:43 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Ohio 309. A motorist stopped to help another motorist in a ditch and a third vehicle hit the vehicle of the person stopping to assist. Information was exchanged between the motorists and also sent to the city law director.

6:44 p.m.-A search warrant was served at a residence in the 400 block of Grand Street and one person was arrested.

7:01 p.m.-A report of a runaway juvenile was investigated in the 700 block of Boyd Boulevard.

8:42 p.m.-Employees of Burger King reported a man was at the restaurant that appeared to be impaired. Nathan A. Adams was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
