10:45 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist with their vehicle that was stuck in snow in the 200 block of Orange Street.

11:21 a.m.-Officers attempted to serve a felony warrant.

11:32 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist with their vehicle that was stuck in snow in the Sherry Lane area.

1 p.m.-Officers gave a person a ride home due to the cold weather and the distance.

1:47 p.m.-Officers assisted a caregiver with an unruly patient in the 300 block of Gill Avenue.

2:22 p.m.-A report of a plow driver moving snow into an intersection and leaving it was investigated in the 700 block of Charles Street.

7:10 p.m.-A Westwood Avenue resident reported that a city plow truck dumped snow in front of their driveway. A message was left with the city street department.

7:48 p.m.-Jeremiah Martin was arrested on a Marion County warrant in the 300 block of Cherry Street.

8:06 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on Harding Way West. One person was issued a citation. Fairprice assisted at the scene with towing.

10 p.m.-Officers talked with an unruly juvenile in the 200 block of Libby Lane.

11:15 p.m.-A report of yelling in an alley in the Public Square area was a father and his children playing on a snow pile.
