GALION—One person was arrested and another was cited during a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Street by Galion Police on Tuesday evening.
At 9:48 p.m., officers issued a citation to Brian Cross for driving under suspension and arrested Darrian Lindsay on a Mansfield Police Department warrant. Kimberly James was issued a verbal warning for wrongful entrustment.

1:01 a.m.-A Second Avenue resident reported someone shining flashlights near their house and their car alarm going off. Officers did not locate anyone in the area.
1:43 a.m.-Officers checked a residence in the 100 block of Third Avenue for a missing juvenile. The juvenile was not located.
4:24 a.m.-A motorist was issued a citation for driving without a license on North Market Street.
12:16 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in front of the police station.
1:28 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the Harding Way West area. A dump truck backed into a fire hydrant and the city water department assisted at the scene.
3:20 p.m.-A welfare check was attempted in the 100 block of West Atwood Street.
4:11 p.m.-Officers attempted to contact residents in the 400 block of Libby Lane for the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.
5:46 p.m.-Officers located and arrested a runaway juvenile at Heise Park.
6:41 p.m.-A possible case of fraud was reported by a Harding Way East resident.
