GALION―Galion Police are investigating an incident at a local nursing facility.
Officers were called to Signature Health Care, 935 Rosewood Drive, at 11:07 a.m. Thursday in regards to a missing Fentanyl patch. An employee reported that the patch came up missing from the facility and all employees working at the time of the incident were drug-tested and passed.
The incident remains under investigation.

4:01 a.m.-A missing woman from Mansfield was located at a Fairview Avenue residence and is fine.
8:49 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the North Market Street area.
10:47 a.m.-A report of a person making threats against the staff at Galion Community Hospital was investigated.
11:58 a.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 200 block of Harding Way East.
12:36 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a student in possession of vape at Galion Middle School.
2:33 p.m.-A standby was conducted for a change of custody in the 300 block of Seventh Avenue.
4:44 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.
5:49 p.m.-Teresa L. Howard was arrested for driving under suspension during a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Parson Street. Hensley Towing Services assisted at the scene.
7:28 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol on a traffic stop in the 7600 block of Ohio 309.
