4:12 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of North Riblet Street was investigated.
10:10 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 1300 block of Harding Way East and the person is fine.
3:31 p.m.-A report of a juvenile with a campfire in the area of an abandoned building in the South Murray Street area. The fire was extinguished and the juvenile was sent away after being warned against trespassing on the property.
4:35 p.m.-An Allen Street resident reported the theft of books from their mailbox.
5:23 p.m.-A report of a group of kids playing basketball at South Park was investigated and the kids dispersed.
5:43 p.m.-Officers assisted a probation officer with a person in the 300 block of Harding Way East. Zachariah J. Roberts was arrested for tampering with evidence.
6:25 p.m.-A group of juveniles playing basketball at Heise Park was dispersed.
8:07 p.m.-A report of shoplifting by two girls at Dollar General was investigated.
