8:45 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

11:55 a.m.-Officers delivered a message to a Grand Street resident for the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.

12:41 p.m.-A Timberlane Drive resident reported that someone ran over their mailbox.

4:30 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported items missing from their house.

6:26 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 100 block of Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:05 p.m.-A report of a man passed out in a driveway in the 100 block of Fortney Avenue was investigated. The man was warned for trespassing on the property and sent on his way.

10:45 p.m.-A welfare check led to the arrest of Adam K. Castle, 40, Galion, for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of Cherry Street.

11:40 p.m.-A motorist reported hitting a dog in the Heise Park Lane area.

9:11 a.m.-Donald J. Turner was issued a citation for speeding on Mansfield Road.

8:24 p.m.-Kaylub I. Rose was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the 400 block of Harding Way East. Officers advised the driver on how to transport a firearm in a vehicle without a CCW.

9:03 p.m.-A Park Avenue resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.

10:19 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West. Kalib G. Utz, 24, Mansfield, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and failure to control.

11:13 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the 800 block of Harding Way West was investigated. The driver was not intoxicated but did not feel comfortable driving home so officers transported the driver and intoxicated passengers home.

11:40 p.m.-A report of a large group of juveniles fighting in the 200 block of South Columbus Street was investigated.

5:10 a.m.-A report of unruly juveniles stealing alcohol from Circle K was investigated and two juveniles were detained by police.

7:23 a.m.-Marijuana was seized from a vehicle during a traffic stop in the Laughbaum Drive area.

7:56 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the Sherry Lane area.

4:53 p.m.-A report of people in a red pick-up truck throwing firecrackers at juveniles in the 500 block of East Atwood Street was investigated.

6:11 p.m.-A Public Square resident reported two necklaces stolen from their residence by someone they know.

8:13 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

11:20 p.m.-Officers investigated an overdose in the 300 block of North Columbus Street.

1:08 a.m.-A person reported a man they know pulled a knife on them in the 600 block of Grand Street.

10:07 a.m.-A South Union Street resident reported they caught a woman stealing scrap from their yard.

11:34 a.m.-Officers assisted with a drive-by for a 90-year-old man’s birthday celebration in the North Liberty Street area.

12:05 p.m.-Residents in the 200 block of Erie Street reported a man they now threatening them. Officers were unable to locate the man in the area.

12:46 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel with an unresponsive person in the 300 block of South Street. The person was taken to Galion Community Hospital.

1:58 p.m.-A dispute between neighbors was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

7:35 p.m.-An Eighth Avenue resident reported their mailbox was hit by a red truck with a black tailgate.

10:22 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 400 block of Portland Way North.

11:07 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 500 block of South Boston Street.
