8:43 a.m.-A road rage incident was investigated in the 900 block of Hosford Road.

11:54 a.m.-Officers spoke with a child about stealing.

1:39 p.m.-Donald E. Estep was cited for operating a vehicle without a license in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.

6:23 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of Carmel Avenue. Both people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

11:08 a.m.-A report that a truck passed a school bus in the Portland Way South area.

11:43 a.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle was investigated in the 900 block of Charles Street.

12:07 p.m.-A report of fraud was investigated in the 500 block of John Street.

4:21 p.m.-A report of abuse was investigated in the 200 block of West Church Street.

5:28 p.m.-Stanley Garlow was arrested on a protection order violation from the Mansfield Police Department.

9:34 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 700 block of Surrey Drive.

10:01 a.m.-A woman was arrested at the station on a Mansfield warrant.

2:13 p.m.-A Second Avenue resident reported that someone rented cars in their name in California and Texas.

2:23 p.m.-A summons was served in the 1000 block of Harding Way East.

2:35 p.m.-A summons was served in the 200 block of Third Avenue.

2:42 p.m.-A report of a semi-truck stuck in the dirt at Cobey Park was investigated. Ronk’s Towing assisted at the scene.

3:35 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.

6:55 p.m.-An injury accident involving a vehicle that hit a pole in the 700 block of Charles Street was investigated. Albert D. Thompson was issued a citation for failure to control.

8:26 p.m.-A report of a man with a gun threatening suicide was investigated in the 200 block of First Avenue. Officers were able to talk him down and confiscate the gun. Harold M. Whited Jr. was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
