3:09 a.m.-A report of a breaking and entering of a residence in the 400 block of Grand Street was investigated. A man thought he was at his friend’s house due to being intoxicated and was released to a sober family member. He was told not to return to the person’s house he attempted to break into.

11:47 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Grand Street.

6:17 p.m.-A sexual assault was reported and is under investigation.

8:21 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 800 block of South Market Street.

9:16 p.m.-Vandalism to a vehicle in the 400 block of Third Avenue was investigated.
