8:45 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated at Galion High School.
9:27 a.m.-A citation was issued to Quintin M. Toney for failure to yield when officers investigated a non-injury accident in the 200 block of Portland Way North.
10:16 a.m.-An accident was investigated in the Grove Avenue area when a man on a Rascal scooter was hit by a car and injured. The city street department picked up the scooter from the scene. Michael A. Baldinger was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way when turning left.
10:52 a.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated at Galion Middle School.
1:38 p.m.-A standby was conducted in the 600 block of Elm Street.
5 p.m.-A report of an impaired driver was investigated in the 1400 bloc of Ohio 598. Monica Onie was arrested.
9:45 p.m.-A Portland Way North resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone they know.
11:21 p.m.-Michael E. Hutzelman was issued a citation for possession of drugs, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia in the East Payne Avenue area. The K-9 unit assisted at the scene.
