2:35 a.m.-A report of loud music coming from a vehicle in the 400 block of Grant Street was investigated.

6:20 a.m.-Shane A. Mathews was issued a citation for speeding in the 1300 block of North Market Street.

6:32 a.m.-A report of a man yelling and waving a stick around in the 100 block of North East Street was investigated. The man was taken to Galion Community Hospital for an evaluation.

8:46 a.m.-A report by the city’s line department was investigated. A resident was charged $900 by a contractor for repairs to electrical service that the city’s electric department would have done free of charge.

9:17 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Police Department in checking for a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of Libby Lane. The vehicle was not located.

10:47 a.m.-A Sixth Avenue resident reported being assaulted by two men wearing ski masks Sunday night.

2:42 p.m.-Employees of Wendy’s reported that a couple had been at the restaurant for several hours and kept going into the restroom. Officers investigated to determine if drug use was involved and Brooke E. Kelly was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:10 p.m.-A report of a person trespassing at Galion High School was investigated.

3:58 p.m.-A report of fraud involving a fake W-2 form received by a resident was investigated.

5:04 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in a white Audi was investigated in the South Boston Street area.

5:43 p.m.-A North Market Street resident reported that someone had opened a Macy’s account in their name and charged items to it.

8:44 p.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Police Department in attempting to locate a man in the 600 block of Crew Avenue that is wanted on a warrant and in possession of a damaged vehicle. The man was not located.

7:01 p.m.-A drone that was found in the road on North Union Street was turned over to police.

10:34 a.m.-A report of a student making threats against their parents was investigated at Galion Middle School.

2 p.m.-The K-9 unit assisted with a search warrant in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

7:20 p.m.-Anthony Scenters was issued a citation for fictitious tags, driving with an expired license and expired tags on Charles Street.

9:48 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant in the 6000 block of Leesville Road.
