1:09 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated on North Columbus Street and Nitah A. Clay was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
4:22 p.m.-A report of kids knocking things over in people’s yards in the Clymer Avenue area was investigated.
5:04 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West. Sean E. Twigg was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead. Ronk’s Towing assisted at the scene.
6:02 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a resident in the 700 block of Center Street.
6:04 p.m.-A Wiggs Court resident reported their fence vandalized.
10:51 p.m.-Cody A.W. Stinehelfer was issued a citation for expired tags in the 200 block of Portland Way North.
11:07 p.m.-A report of kids yelling and parents talking loud was investigated in the 1300 block of Harding Way East. The kids were found to be baking a cake.

2:54 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of North Columbus Street was investigated.
8:15 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a man in the 1200 block of Ohio 598 and he was fine.
6:39 p.m.-Katrina Butler was issued a citation for a stop sign violation in the 800 block of Charles Street.
7:43 p.m.-A dispute between neighbors over a dog running at large was investigated in the 400 block of Grand Street.
8:26 p.m.-A wallet that was found on North Columbus Street was turned over to police.
8:30 p.m.-Several 911 hangup calls at a residence in the 400 block of Grant Street was investigated and Teresa J. Carroll, 49, Galion, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and issued a court date.
10:43 p.m.-A traffic stop on South Market Street was initiated and two people were detained while the vehicle was searched.
10:46 p.m.-A report of a man at Circle K that was yelling and punched a vehicle was investigated.
11:25 p.m.-Wayne A. Baxter, 32, Galion, was arrested at the Rainbow Motel on warrants from the Mansfield and Ontario Police Departments.

3:23 a.m.-A report of an assault in the 100 block of Harding Way East was investigated.
8:38 a.m.-Two small children with pacifiers were reportedly walking down Railroad Street unattended. They were returned to their father.
9:53 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person spray-painting a vehicle in the 100 block of South Pierce Street turned out to be the owner of the vehicle attempting to repair it.
2:21 p.m.-A report of a juvenile throwing a football at passing cars in the 400 block of South Union Street was investigated and the juvenile and their parent were spoken to by officers.
5:31 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 600 block of South Market Street was investigated.
7:15 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office at Galion Community Hospital.
7:24 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of East Payne Avenue and everything was fine.
7:42 p.m.-A Zimmerman Avenue resident reported being harassed by a repossession worker that was inquiring about someone else.

1:42 p.m.-Officers mediated a dispute regarding parking in the 1200 block of Harding Way East.
4:57 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver in the 200 block of Harding Way West was investigated.
5:57 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the South Boston Street area was investigated.
6:01 p.m.-The person involved in a disturbance was stopped by police in the 500 block of South Boston Street and issued a warning.
7:56 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 400 block of South Boston Street.
8:57 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 500 block of Grove Avenue.
9:56 p.m.-A sex offense was reported and is under investigation.
