GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—On Wednesday, the Galion Police Department responded to two reports of armed robbery earlier in the day, prompting a swift and coordinated response from law enforcement.
Officers quickly located the suspect vehicle, leading to a brief pursuit that extended into Morrow County.
With the assistance of the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect was apprehended. In a successful outcome, all stolen property, including cash taken during the robberies, has been recovered and accounted for.
“This was an outstanding effort by our officers and a great example of teamwork between agencies. Thanks to their quick actions, the situation was resolved safely, and there is no ongoing threat to the public.” Police Chief Ryan Strange said.
