9:51 a.m.-A Clymer Avenue resident reported a wheelbarrow stolen.
10:46 a.m.-A report of stalking was investigated in the 200 block of Fellow Street.
1 p.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 200 block of Portland Way North.
3:03 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Harding Way West.
5:23 p.m.-An officer assisted a motorist in changing a flat tire in the 300 block of South Market Street.
9:34 p.m.-Jose J. Caudillo was issued a citation for driving under suspension and Jessica M. Javens was given a citation for wrongful entrustment in the 400 block of West Railroad Street.
10:45 p.m.-Billy C. McNeely Jr. was issued a citation for speeding and driving a motorcycle without a license on Harding Way East.
