1:48 a.m.-A report of a woman passed out in a vehicle led to the arrest of Jennifer K. McBride for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in the Portland Way South area.
12:52 p.m.-A report of a vehicle passing a stopped school bus in the South Street area was investigated.
4:40 p.m.-A South Street resident reported being harassed by people they know.
7:25 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported receiving harassing phone calls.
7:45 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 900 block of Harding Way East.
8:44 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1200 block of East Walnut Street. William Sturgill was arrested for disorderly conduct.

7:35 a.m.-A report of a catalytic converter stolen from a Columbia Gas truck was investigated in the 100 block of Buehler Street.
2:17 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North.
2:56 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering in the 800 block of Charles Street was investigated. One person was taken into custody and juveniles were released to their parents.
6:35 p.m.-Carrie Rittenour was arrested on a probation violation in the 400 block of Libby Lane.

12:26 a.m.-A report of a man attempting to break into a vehicle with a crowbar was investigated. The man was attempting to get into his own vehicle.
10:28 a.m.-Officers assisted the city building inspector in the 200 block of Pershing Avenue.
10:46 a.m.-Chester Estep was arrested on a warrant in the 100 block of Harding Way East and turned over to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
7:29 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in serving a protection order to a man in the 800 block of Carter Drive.
9:40 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 600 block of South Union Street.
