1:32 a.m.-A report of a gas leak was investigated in the 500 block of Harding Way West. Nathan B. Rader was arrested for disruption of public service via a mass communications service.
5:26 a.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 7800 block of Ohio 97 was investigated and one person was arrested.
9:12 a.m.-A citation was issued to a motorist for passing a stopped school bus on Harding Way East.
9:26 a.m.- A citation was issued to a motorist for passing a stopped school bus in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.
9:31 a.m.- A citation was issued to a motorist for passing a stopped school bus in the 1300 block of Harding Way East.
11:48 a.m.-A Fellow Street resident reported their residence broken into while they were away.
1:13 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a pedestrian being hit by a train in the 500 block of South Union Street.
2:39 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of Grove Avenue.
5:22 p.m.-A person cleaning out a residence found drugs and needles. They were turned over to officers.
7:13 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 200 block of Grove Avenue.
7:14 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering of a residence in the 200 block of Fellow Street was investigated.
7:29 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the Charles Street area.
8:32 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.
