9:01 a.m.-A report of vandalism at Covert Manufacturing was investigated.

12:15 p.m.-A report of a dispute in the 7700 block of Ohio 309 was investigated.

1:02 p.m.-A report of a stolen stereo was investigated in the 200 block of North Liberty Street.

3:56 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services in the Surrey Drive area.

5:17 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile was investigated in the 700 block of Timberlane Drive.

6 p.m.-A person was issued a court date at the police department.

12:16 a.m.-A report of a man passed out in a vehicle at one of the pumps at Speedway was investigated. The man was taken into custody for possession of drugs.

7:18 a.m.-A man was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of Libby Lane and picked up by Marion County authorities.

11:11 a.m.-A report of an attempted break-in at a residence in the Fellow Street area was investigated.

2:32 p.m.-A report of a juvenile kicking the door of a residence in the 400 block of Grant Street was investigated.

4:14 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Carter Drive.

5:30 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 100 block of Portland Way North and the driver who caused the crash fled from the scene but was apprehended on Harding Way West. Evan G. Holloway was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence, resisting arrest, menacing and assured clear distance ahead and his vehicle was towed from the scene by Ronk’s Towing Service.

9:35 p.m.-A report of a man yelling at vehicles passing by in the 600 block of Harding Way East was investigated. Richard L. Castle was arrested for disorderly conduct.
