6:47 a.m.-Melissa Thomas was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 400 block of Libby Lane.
8:54 a.m.-A North Market Street resident reported being threatened by someone over Facebook Messenger.
10:33 a.m.-A welfare check was conducted on a person in the Charles Street area.
11:39 a.m.-A Sherman Street resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone they know.
12:24 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver on Harding Way East was investigated. The driver was extremely tired and heading home.
3:14 p.m.-A Harding Way East resident reported being harassed by someone.
4:40 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile was investigated. The boy was located and taken to his home.
4:42 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver on Portland Way North was investigated and the driver was warned about his manner of driving.
6:17 p.m.-A report of a teenager using foul language and being disruptive at Heise Park was investigated. The boy was given a warning for disorderly conduct.
7:24 p.m.-A report of a wallet stolen from McDonald’s was investigated.
7:33 p.m.-A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 300 block of Hensley Avenue.
10:58 p.m.-A group of people were issued warnings for trespassing and disorderly conduct at Circle K.
11:15 p.m.-David Corbett was arrested on a Richland County warrant in the 1400 block of Baehr Street. He was turned over to Richland County authorities.
