8:26 a.m.-A breaking and entering was investigated in the 400 block of Portland Way North. A DVR and cash were stolen.
12:10 p.m.-An East Walnut Street resident reported two vehicles broken into.
12:24 p.m.-A non-injury accident was investigated in the 800 block of Harding Way East.
12:47 p.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check on a South Market Street resident and all was well.
3:08 p.m.-A report of a fight was investigated in the lobby of the police department. It was a verbal argument and the pair agreed to separate.
