12:39 a.m.-A report of a rape was received and is under investigation.
1:58 a.m.-A report of a man lying on a bench near the gazebo on Public Square was investigated.
4:19 a.m.-A report of a hit-skip accident on Tidd Drive led to the arrest of Alex E. Cox after he fled the scene in a white Chevy Malibu. The vehicle was located on Sherrington Drive and Cox was taken into custody. He was released to the Mansfield Police Department on a warrant.
7:44 a.m.-A report of a group of kids jumping in the road in front of traffic was investigated. The kids were advised to stop for safety reasons.
10:43 a.m.-Gregory Rumple was issued a citation for expired plates on Public Square.
12:34 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Heise Park was investigated. The man was reading a book.
1:27 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel at Galion Middle School with someone who was having difficulty breathing.
1:34 p.m.-A report of an unruly juvenile at Galion Middle School was investigated. The juvenile had taken off on foot but was located by officers and taken into custody.
2:24 p.m.-A person reported their purse stolen at the police department.
2:36 p.m.-A report of a man in the grass in the 800 block of Harding Way West was a man having a seizure. EMS was called and he was taken to Galion Community Hospital for treatment.
5 p.m.-Nicole L. Lewis was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance, Suboxone, in the 100 block of Easton Way.
6:23 p.m.-Kimberly Hough was arrested on a Crawford County indictment in the 300 block of Gill Avenue.
6:53 p.m.-Carrie Hoffman was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 400 block of Guinther Court.
11:30 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the West Church Street area. The driver of the gray Dodge truck was stopping and dropping off another person several times throughout the area.
