12:26 a.m.-A report of a man at a residence in the 400 block of Second Avenue who was refusing to leave the property was investigated. The man was gone upon officers’ arrival.

7:52 a.m.-A report of drugs found in the 200 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

8:36 a.m.-A report of someone writing a bad check to a business in the 200 block of South Market Street was investigated.

10:03 a.m.-Derek B. Snyder, 31, Galion, was arrested for receiving stolen property in the 800 block of Ash Street.

1:47 p.m.-Officers investigated the death of a person in the 700 block of Boyd Boulevard. The coroner was also called to the scene.

2:27 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services’ personnel in the 500 block of Galion Arms.

9:37 p.m.-A report of a man yelling and screaming at the Duke and Duchess Station was investigated. EMS personnel were called to the scene because the man was experiencing a medical issue.

9:56 p.m.-A report of a fight involving adult and kids in the 100 block of Easton Way was investigated.

10:54 p.m.-Justin R. Testament, 29, Galion, was issued a citation for driving under suspension, falsification and possession of marijuana in the 700 block of Harding Way West.

12:36 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Portland Way North was a person playing Pokemon.

12:40 a.m.-A report of two suspicious males in the Harding Way West area was investigated. One of the men was given a warning for a concealed carry violation for possessing a large knife.

12:50 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the South Market Street area was investigated. A juvenile was warned for a curfew violation.

1:27 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at the Sleep Inn was investigated. A woman was sleeping in her car.

1:38 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of East Church Street was a person walking to work.

1:53 a.m.-A report of a suspicious group of people in the South Murray Street area was investigated. The trio said they were walking to Circle K.

2:47 a.m.-Chester Estep was arrested on a Richland County warrant during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Grove Avenue and transported to Richland County.

9:12 a.m.-A North Columbus Street resident reported a suspicious man in a black car in their driveway talking to their dogs. Officers checked the area and did not locate the black car.

1:21 p.m.-A report of an irate customer at McDonald’s was investigated. The man had left the store but was pulled over and advised by officers that he is no longer allowed at McDonald’s.

4:46 p.m.-A report of an unwanted woman at a business in the 100 block of Portland Way North was investigated.

5:04 p.m.-A Fifth Avenue resident reported being scammed online by a man who wanted her banking information.

6:20 p.m.-A sex offense was reported and is under investigation.

7:01 p.m.-A resident reported receiving threatening messages on their phone.

8:02 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of South Union Street.

9:37 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 600 block of Harding Way West was investigated. The people involved were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

11:24 p.m.-A report of a man waving people down in the 7700 block of Ohio 309 was investigated.

1:25 a.m.-A report of loud music was investigated in the 300 block of East Payne Avenue. One person was advised to turn the music down.

1:25 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 200 block of East Church Street.

3:03 a.m.-A North Columbus Street resident reported their vehicle stolen. Jerry L. Colvin, 19, Mansfield, was arrested in connection with the incident.

12:14 p.m.-A report of a sex offense was taken.

1:58 p.m.-A South Boston Street resident reported a stack of wood stolen from their porch.

2:09 p.m.-A syringe found in the 800 block of South Market Street was turned over to officers.

5:57 p.m.-Officers assisted the State Highway Patrol with the search of a vehicle on Ohio 309.

8:31 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 900 block of Charles Street.

8:33 p.m.-Charles E. Schnitzer was issued a summons for possession of marijuana on South Market Street.

10:57 p.m.-Alexandria Borders was issued a citation for no operator’s license.

11:30 p.m.-Clint E. Bateman, 40, Galion, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Portland Way South.

11:49 p.m.-A report of shots fired in the 200 block of Libby Lane was investigated.

11:07 p.m.-A man was warned for a concealed carry violation after a gun was located in a vehicle in the 100 block of Harding Way East.

5:07 p.m.-A Wisterman Court resident turned over a bicycle that was left on their property.

9:18 p.m.-Ryan Minick was issued a citation for driving under suspension on Dawsett Avenue.

9:52 p.m.-A sex offense was reported and is under investigation.

9:19 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Coroner in the 800 block of Harding Way East.

5:23 p.m.-Officers attempted to speak with a resident in the 800 block of South Boston Street about mowing grass and allowing it to blow into the roadway.

5:29 p.m.-A report of juveniles running out in front of cars in the Eighth Avenue area was investigated. The juveniles denied intentionally walking in front of vehicles.

6:02 p.m.-A debit card found at Heise Park was turned over to officers.

6:36 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated on Mansfield Street.

6:47 p.m.-A resident reported their purse stolen from South Park.

9:03 p.m.-A report of a dog being neglected in the 400 block of Third Avenue was investigated.

10:53 p.m.-A Charles Street resident reported a golf cart stolen from their property.

11:23 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of Fifth Avenue and two people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.
