1 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Harding Way West was investigated.

2:57 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Poplar Street area was investigated. The man was advised to get a light for the back of his bicycle.

4:05 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Heise Park was investigated. It was a person talking on their phone before heading to work.

8:48 a.m.-A 911 hang-up call was small children playing with a phone.

9:33 a.m.-A handicap placard that was found in the Liberty Mill parking lot was turned over to officers.

9:53 a.m.-An Ash Street resident reported the license plates stolen from their truck overnight.

11:32 a.m.-A backpack left by some men a few weeks ago at the Now and Then shop was turned over to officers.

2:04 p.m.-A domestic dispute was mediated in the 500 block of Crew Avenue.

2:28 p.m.-Two purses found in the 400 block of Third Avenue were turned over to officers.

2:40 p.m.-One person was arrested on a Richland County warrant and turned over to Richland County authorities.

4:02 p.m.-A man was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 700 block of Bel Air Drive and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

4:38 p.m.-A report of a suspicious van driving around the Hetrick Drive area was investigated.

5:24 p.m.-A report of juveniles walking on Walker Street with several puppies and one girl beating one of the puppies was investigated. The juveniles denied beating the puppies and all of the dogs were on leashes.

6:18 p.m.-Another report of a van driving around the Tidd Drive area was taken. The driver was allegedly going door-to-door selling possible laundry detergent.

6:48 p.m.-A suspicious suitcase in the alley near Peace Lutheran Church was picked up by officers. They located the owner of the suitcase.

7:30 p.m.-After a foot chase, Derek B. Snyder was tazed and arrested by officers in the 500 block of South Market Street. The vehicle he was driving was reportedly stolen and towed from the scene by Hensley Towing. Snyder was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing official business and criminal trespass and was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

8:32 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile was investigated in the 300 block of Eighth Avenue.

8:38 p.m.-A verbal dispute was investigated in the 100 block of South Market Street. One person was issued a warning for disorderly conduct.

11:24 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the Harding Way East area.

11:30 p.m.-A North Market Street resident reported a man on their porch looking in a window of the residence. Officers were unable to locate the man.
