1:19 a.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue.

3:11 a.m.-A report of an unwanted person attempting to enter a residence in the 100 block of Wilson Avenue was investigated.

6:37 a.m.-Shannon D. Stamper was issued a citation for fictitious plates in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue.

9:04 a.m.-An employee of Galion Community Hospital reported that a female was calling and making threats.

12:34 p.m.-A report of someone writing bad checks at a business in the 900 block of Bucyrus Road was investigated.

1:37 p.m.-A welfare check was made on a person in the 200 block of North Union Street and everything was fine.

2:11 p.m.-A West Summit Street resident reported a shipment of craft supplies stolen from their front porch after delivery.

3:06 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile at Galion Primary School.

3:58 p.m.-A person reported being bitten by a dog at Heise Park.

4:28 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 1200 block of Knorr Road.

4:53 p.m.-A South Pierce Street resident reported a prescription for medication stolen.

5:38 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ontario Police Department by delivering a message to a resident in the South Boston Street area.

5:47 p.m.-A report of two suspicious juveniles in the 100 block of South Union Street was investigated.

5:57 p.m.-A report of a reckless driver was investigated in the 7700 block of Ohio 309. The driver was issued a verbal warning.

6:31 p.m.-Warren A. Baxter was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 600 block of Portland Way North.

7:45 p.m.-A report of two cats abandoned at a residence in the 400 block of South Boston Street was investigated. The cats were fed until the Humane Society can pick them up.

7:59 p.m.-A report of a runaway juvenile in the 400 block of Harding Way East was investigated.

8:07 p.m.-A report of a suspicious man in the 200 block of Southern Avenue was investigated.

8:20 p.m.-A report of child abuse was investigated.

9:36 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile in the 200 block of North Market Street was investigated.

9:43 p.m.-A report of shots fired in the area of Moto Mart was a group of people throwing firecrackers into the road.

9:57 p.m.-A report of shots fired in the 100 block of Easton Way was investigated. Several witnesses said they heard the shots but it could not be determined which apartment they may have come from.
