BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Jerold Frazier II, 61, of Galion, was arraigned Thursday in the Crawford County Common Pleas Court. Frazier is charged with two counts of attempted murder, each a first-degree felony, two counts of felonious assault, each a second-degree felony, and one count of theft, a third-degree felony. Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold set Frazier’s bond at two million dollars and appointed Bucyrus attorney Andrew Motter to represent him.
In other indictments, Brandon Postell, 47, was arraigned on one count of failure to comply, a third-degree felony. Judge Leuthold set a $25,000 bond and appointed attorney Madison Garverick to represent him.
Joshua Albright, 30, of Bucyrus, was arraigned on one charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Judge Leuthold set Albright’s bond at $50,000 and appointed attorney Andrew Motter to represent him.
James Shope, 35, of Bucyrus, was arraigned on two counts of trafficking in drugs, each a fourth-degree felony, and one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. Judge Leuthold set Shope’s bond at $100,000 and appointed Bucyrus attorney Brad Starkey to represent him.
Christina Mitchell, 38, of Crestline, was arraigned on several charges, including assault, a fourth-degree felony, obstruction of official business, a fifth-degree felony, and resisting arrest and theft, each a first-degree misdemeanor. Judge Leuthold set Mitchell’s bond at $50,000 and appointed attorney Mackenzie Garverick to represent her.
