The Galion Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair Tuesday, May 16, through Saturday, May 20. The Book Fair will take place in the Galion Intermediate School, and will be open 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. May 16 and May 17.
The fair will also be open from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. during the Intermediate School Talent Show May 18, and 5:30 to 8:00 before Family Movie Night Friday, May 19. The Galion community is invited to attend the book fair at the Intermediate School from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, May 20.
“The Book Fair is a great way to connect your children with books they want to read,” said Galion Primary School Principal Cindy Voss. “Our students always enjoy the opportunity to shop for new books they find interesting to them.”
Payments can be made using cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to the Galion Elementary School PTO. Money raised will go toward purchasing new books for the school libraries and teachers’ classroom libraries.
