GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Galion Community Theatre (GCT) hosted a memorable Membership Celebration and 2025 Season Announcement on Sunday, November 17, welcoming community members and partners for an afternoon of food, entertainment, and excitement for the upcoming year.

Representatives from Galion Main Street and Restore the Positive Roar joined attendees in celebrating collaboration and community spirit. Guests enjoyed refreshments and lively camaraderie before settling in for a lineup of performances that showcased the exceptional local talent GCT is proud to nurture. Highlights included reprises from the casts of “Singin’ in the Rain” and “The Addams Family,” as well as a preview of the upcoming holiday production, “It’s A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play.”

The performances built anticipation for the theatre’s highly anticipated 41st season in 2025, which includes:

  • The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) – February 14, 15, 21, 22, & 23 A hilarious winter comedy that squeezes the Bard’s 37 plays into one uproarious production.
  • Legally Blonde – June 20, 21, 27, 28, & 29 The feel-good summer musical that’s all about following your dreams and proving you’ve got what it takes.
  • Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat – July 25, 26, August 1, 2, & 3 A vibrant and inspiring youth production that retells the biblical story of Joseph and his coat of many colors.
  • Kinky Boots – November 7, 8, 14, 15, & 16 The bold and uplifting fall musical that will have you dancing in your seat with its heartwarming message of acceptance and friendship.
