Prior to its regular meeting Tuesday, Galion City Council will have the opportunity to meet with State Senator David Burke. When council members do get down to legislative business of their own they will have several items to vote on.

Legislation regarding pension for the city’s police officers and firefighters will have a third and final vote. Getting a second vote will be the amendment regarding Heise Park Pool pass rates. Four finance-related items are scheduled to receive a first reading.

City Council members will also discuss a liquor permit for the Whistle Stop Café.
