Members of the Galion City Council will have a busy evening when they meet on Tuesday.

The agenda for that regular meeting of the City Council will have eight pieces of legislation, two of which are third and final readings. Those are an ordinance regarding non-bargaining unit compensation and a resolution establishing an audit committee.

Four other items will be first readings. Those are an ordinance regarding ODOT pavement resurfacing; an ordinance regarding on ODOT bridge replacement; a resolution asking for the Ohio Attorney General to investigate the Prairie State Energy Campus contracts; and a resolution regarding the St. Rt. 598 widening project.

There will also reports and updates from the council’s five committees. That City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Galion Municipal Building.
