The Bucyrus Lions Club is sponsoring a “dine to make a difference” fundraiser at the Bucyrus Bob Evans Restaurant on Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Flyers are available at Bob Evans until Monday, May 18 and at The Bucyrus Visitor’s Bureau (301 S. Sandusky Ave.) and the north branch of Peoples Savings and Loan (1530 N. Sandusky Ave.) until May 20. People must turn in the flyer when they pay for their eat-in or carry-out meal. This will allow the club to receive 15 percent of the price of the meal from the restaurant.
This money will go to the Bucyrus Lion’s low vision project that serves local residents. The money will be used to buy various low vision aids such as talking watches and thermometers, magnifying equipment and other devices for people with certified vision problems.
