The Galion Athletic Department, in conjunction with Avita Health System, is holding free sports physicals from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Galion Community Hospital Orthopedic Center, 955 Hossford Road in Galion, Wednesday, May 24. Student-athletes entering grades 7-12 interested in participating in the 2017-2018 sports season are encouraged to participate.

Physicals will be performed by local physicians and nurses, and will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Students and parents must bring a completed Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) physical packet with parent signature to participate. School physicals are for student-athletes only, and participants are encouraged to arrive no later than 7:45 p.m. to ensure they will receive a physical.

OHSAA physical packets are available during lunch hours for students to pick up, and are also available in the Galion High School and Middle School offices during regular school hours.

Students should enter through the main entrance of the Orthopedic Center. Call the athletic department at 419-468-6500 with any additional questions.
