Donald R. Stone, President of United Bank, Division of The Park National Bank, is pleased to announce promotions of the following individuals: Shawneeta Shuff, Heidi Ray, Vickey Martin, and Rose Crago-Roach.
Shawneeta Shuff has been promoted to Banking Officer. Neeta joined the bank 10 years ago, but has been in the banking industry for 20 years. She is currently the Branch Manager and Retail Lender at our Barks Road office in Marion. Neeta attended The Ohio State University. She is a member at Shield of Faith Christian Center, serves on the Marion Matters board, acts as an ambassador for the Marion Chamber of Commerce, is involved with Marion Board of Realtors, and volunteers with United Way of Marion County. Neeta resides in Caledonia with her husband, John, and their three children, Bryana, Bailey, and Braden.
Heidi Ray has been promoted to Administrative Officer. Heidi joined the bank 12 years ago as a teller and has had increasing levels of responsibilities that have led to her current position as the bank’s Deposit Operations Specialist and Marion County Regional Manager. She earned her Associates Degree in Business Management from Marion Technical College. Heidi currently attends Marion First Church of the Nazarene and resides in Marion with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters, Shaelynn and Cali.
Vickey Martin has been promoted to Administrative Officer. Vickey has been with the bank for 12 years. Vickey has had a number of responsibilities, which include managing our Prospect and Galion branches. Vickey is currently the bank’s Merchant Services Champion, Service Excellence Champion, and the point person for Business Online Banking and Cash Management Services. Vickey resides in Marion with her fiancé, Scott Bennett. Vickey has two children, Summer and Kyle, and three grandchildren, Kase, Kolton, and Kwentin.
Rose Crago-Roach has been promoted to Administrative Manager. Rose joined the bank 13 years ago as a teller and has worked her way up to our loan department, where she has been since 2005. She has had increasing levels of responsibilities and is currently the bank’s Residential Loan Assistant, which includes both consumer and residential loans. Rose is a member at First United Church of Christ, where she helps organize the community breakfast. Rose resides in Galion with her husband, Eddie, and daughter, Sabrina.
President Stone stated, “With their experience, knowledge, and professionalism, they continue to provide our customers and communities with a high level of service to which they have become accustomed.”
