While six people were sent to prison, four of the seven people that pleaded guilty in Crawford County Common Pleas Court Thursday afternoon are expected to be placed on community control for five years after pre-sentence investigations are completed in each case.
Joshua Albright will most likely be spending his 21st birthday in the county jail after he pleaded guilty to drug possession, a fifth-degree felony. The recommended sentence included 90 days in the county jail, entrance into a drug and alcohol treatment program, a six-month license suspension, a $1,250 fine, and forfeiture of drug-related property to the Bucyrus Police Department.

“Many, sir,” Albright said.
“Too many,” Leuthold stressed. “You have to get your head on after you get out of jail.”
