Four fugitives with ties to Mansfield on this week’s Most Wanted List

MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.

Everette Rucker Jr.—26 years old, 6-feet, 2-inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. Rucker is wanted for a fail to appear change of plea on a weapons under disability charge he has ties to the Mansfield area.

Brandon Kennard—40 years old, 6-feet tall. Weighs 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Kennard is wanted for a parole violation for assault. He has ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas.

Michael Phillips—31-years-old, 6-feet tall with brown hair and blue eyes. Phillips is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield area.

Emily Worley—31 years-old, 5-feet, seven inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes. Worley is wanted for a bond revocation on an aggravated possession of drugs. She has ties to the Mansfield area.
