BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Hunter Hickman, a 33-year-old former youth pastor from Tiro, is back in custody at the Crawford County Jail following his arrest on Wednesday morning.
A Crawford County Grand Jury has indicted Hickman on charges of retaliation.

Hickman’s legal troubles began last July when he was charged with voyeurism, a fifth-degree felony, which carries a maximum sentence of up to 12 months in prison.

Following this initial charge, he was hit with an additional felony charge of intimidation, classified as a third-degree felony, which carries a maximum sentence of 36 months.

Represented by attorney Nicholas Fagnano, Hickman was sentenced in March by Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold to 24 months of community control. As part of his sentence, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim involved in the previous case.

Details surrounding the new charges will be disclosed at Hickman’s arraignment. He remains in custody at the Crawford County Jail.
