MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Stefanie Kellenberger, a 40-year-old Mansfield resident and former 6th grade teacher in the Shelby School District, pleaded guilty on Friday to all 21 felony counts against her in Richland County Common Pleas Court.

The plea was entered during a hearing before Judge Brent Robinson. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered.

Kellenberger’s guilty pleas include four counts of sexual battery and 17 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. These charges stem from incidents involving victims aged between 13 and 16, which occurred prior to her indictment.

The prosecution and defense have jointly recommended a 15-year prison sentence, with the possibility of Kellenberger’s release after serving 10 years. She was indicted by a county grand jury in September 2024, with each of the felony charges categorized as third-degree offenses.

Kellenberger will be sentenced on October 6.
