BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A former Bucyrus resident, Lovell Wareham, 33, has returned to the Crawford County Jail to face new criminal charges while serving his current prison sentence.
Wareham is presently incarcerated at the Madison Correctional Institute, where he is serving a four-year prison term imposed in June by Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold for aggravated assault and intimidation of a witness.
Since his imprisonment, additional charges have surfaced against Wareham. These new allegations include illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, two counts of intimidation, importuning, and two counts of retaliation.
Wareham will be arraigned in the coming days.
