There’s plenty of competition for seats on the Crestline school district’s Board of Education in the General Election on Nov. 5. Five people, including three incumbents, will be vying for three seats on the board.
Incumbents running are Barb Poole who has been on the board since 2009; Bob Salvati who was on the board from 1990 to 1994 and again since 2009; and Jeff Wilhite who has been on the board since 2004.
The two challengers are Robyn Almanson who was on the district’s new school building committee and James Glauer who is a past coach, teacher and athletics director in the district.
More is available on each school board candidate and those running for Crestline Village Council in the latest edition of the Crestline Advocate.
