BELLEVUE, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—As an advocate for continued education, the Firelands Federal Credit Union (Firelands FCU) Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2024 Firelands FCU Scholarship Program. The following high school seniors were chosen based on community involvement, leadership, and academic achievement.
Member Scholarship $1,500:
- Avviana Isabella Geiger Pickle – Margaretta HS
- Casper Caizzo – Norwalk Paul, in honor of Ken Landoll, long-time Board Member and Volunteer
- Cassandra Kurek – Wynford HS
- Elizabeth Belak – Margaretta HS
- Emma Castle – Clyde HS
- Kasey Miller – Bellevue HS
Ivan J. Garman Memorial Scholarship $2,000:
- Addison Rogers – Bellevue HS
Employee Dependent Scholarship $1,500:
- Hailee Smith – Norwalk HS
- Shai Moore – Cuyahoga Heights HS
In memory of Deann Fultz, VP of Finance and Accounting, who passed away in May 2024, Firelands FCU announced the Deann “Spark” Fultz Memorial Scholarship – a one-time gift intended for a Clyde High School Senior who shared Deann’s passion for wrestling or volleyball. The scholarship was presented to Clyde High School student, Brenna Caudill.
