UPPER SANDUSKY—According to the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, several area fire departments worked to bring a fire under control at Dlubak Glass in Upper Sandusky.
“Please avoid the areas of Ch 110 between SH 53 and Ch 330, to allow emergency personnel easy access to the area,” read a Facebook post by the sheriff’s office Monday afternoon.
According to local media reports, the seven fire departments in Wyandot County responded the scene along with the sheriff’s office, the Upper Sandusky Police Department and the Wyandot County EMS, although no injuries have been reported.
According to posts on Facebook, people can see the plume of dark smoke as far away as Galion after vinyl reportedly caught on fire at the plant.
