The City of Bucyrus Water Department will begin its annual flushing of fire hydrants on Monday, July 28. Flushing will continue throughout the weekdays through September.
Discolored water may be temporarily present in homes and businesses following hydrant flushing. The City advises residents to flush cold water through a faucet until it runs clear.
