A rural Bucyrus man will spend the next several years under the watchful eye of the justice system following his guilty plea Monday to two felony charges.
Fifty-five-year-old Tony Gulley was sentenced to four years in prison for felony 2 drug trafficking and five years on probation for felony 1 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activities. Those sentences were ordered to run consecutively by Judge Russell Wiseman.
Gulley’s drug fine is $7,500 and he must forfeit all property seized to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges against Gulley were filed in November of 2013 after an investigation of several months by the Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested in Bucyrus following a traffic stop and has been incarcerated in the county jail since his arrest. Gulley will receive credit of 277 days served.
