BUCYRUS—Brandon Webster, 29, of Bucyrus pleaded guilty in Crawford County Common Pleas Court to one count of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison an agreed plea negotiation, Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Webster to five years on community control. He must complete drug and alcohol assessments and any follow-up treatment. If he fails to complete community control, he will face 12 months in prison.
Jason Burchett, 38, of Parma Heights, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison. He was sentenced to five years of community control. He must complete drug and alcohol assessments and any follow-up treatment. If he fails to complete community control, he faces 12 months in prison.
Brandon Coppler, 22, of Tiffin, pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of his community control. Wyandot County Deputies arrested him on methamphetamine charges. He failed to report the contact to his supervising officer.
In an agreed plea negotiation, Coppler will spend the next six months in prison. He will receive all jail time credit. Judge Leuthold said he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
Davina Frank, 47, of Bucyrus, pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of her community control.
She was placed on probation in 2019 after pleading guilty to one count of criminal non-support, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison. Frank violated probation.
In February of 2020, and was sent to prison for 12 months. She was granted judicial release in May of 2020. In March, she was placed on community control.
Judge Leuthold reimposed her prison sentence. She will receive all jail time credit. Leuthold told Frank he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
