The Crawford Theatre Company is pleased to present, Disney’s Sleeping Beauty. Show times are at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6 with a matinee at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7. Performances will be held at Holy Trinity School, 740 Tiffin St.
It’s princess Aurora’s sixteenth birthday, and Flora, Fauna and Merryweather must use their fairy magic to save her from the spell of evil sorceress Maleficent. This classic fairytale features songs from the 1959 film like “Once Upon a Dream.” New songs like “Maleficent!” and “A Little Magic Now” bring a fresh telling of the story to a new generation of kids and families.
The production features over 30 young actors from the surrounding area.
Sleeping Beauty is directed by Matt Feck with costumes and assistance by Betsy Gerhart.
